Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Invisible Lawyer.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases of digital products, guides, frameworks, templates, downloadable materials and digital content are generally considered final.

Once access has been granted, delivered or downloaded, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances including:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• You experienced a technical issue preventing access to your purchase which we are unable to resolve
• You did not receive access to your purchased content after reasonable troubleshooting

Refund requests for eligible circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Digital guides and ebooks
• Downloadable templates and frameworks
• Digital workbooks and implementation materials
• Membership content and digital resources
• Bundles and promotional purchases
• Completed coaching sessions, cohort programmes or live training

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback request so we can work to resolve the matter promptly.
