As our products contain immediately accessible intellectual property and digital content, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances including:

• Technical issues preventing access which we are unable to resolve
• Failure to receive purchased content following reasonable troubleshooting

Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
